    Welcome to Vital Health Recovery LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vitalhealthrecovery.com and any related services, including our personal coaching services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Eligibility
    By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    3. Accounts and Registration
    You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us of any unauthorized use.

    4. Orders and Payment

    • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
    • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
    • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
    • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
    • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud.

    5. Shipping and Delivery
    Please refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping times, costs, and procedures. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

    6. Returns and Refunds
    Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds on physical products.

    7. Coaching Services
    Personal coaching services offered by Vital Health Recovery LLC are wellness-oriented and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for coaching sessions are provided at the time of booking. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

    8. Health & Safety Disclaimer
    Our products — including saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy devices, massage chairs, and vibration therapy equipment — are intended for general wellness use and are not medical devices unless explicitly stated. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are otherwise uncertain whether use is appropriate for you.

    9. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Vital Health Recovery LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written permission.

    10. User Content
    If you submit content to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on others' rights.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vital Health Recovery LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

    15. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

    16. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    17. Dispute Resolution
    Informal Resolution: If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting support@vitalhealthrecovery.com within 30 days of the issue arising.
    Mediation and Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, taking place in the State of Texas, with a final and binding decision.
    Class Action Waiver: Disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
    Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement or misuse.

    18. Changes to Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

    19. Miscellaneous

    • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Services.
    • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that right.
