My Story

Why I Do What I Do

Hello and welcome! I'm Charlotte Fischnar, and I’m a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, follower of the most high God, mother of three, a grandma, and a woman recovered from alcohol and other harmful behavior patterns. I am passionate about helping women looking to improve their health challenges and learn simple ways to bring balance back into their lives. It is my hope that you find answers here, and that you learn something valuable along the way.

Like many women I have partnered with over the past 20+ years, I have walked through trauma and used unhealthy methods to cope that affected my physical, mental and emotional health. It even led me to question my faith and the ability to get well altogether.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars through modern medical practices, I fired all my doctors. I was tired of not feeling heard; tired of being experimented on; tired of living in the same guilt cycles. I knew there had to be a better way. With the help of a natural practitioner, I discovered the root causes of my ailments and slowly began to heal. I can now say I am free from multiple types of illness, including type 2 diabetes, severe gut dysbiosis, multiple viral and bacterial infections, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, POTS, hypothyroidism, anxiety, depression and more.

Using simple but effective holistic methods, I have more energy now than in my twenties, clearer thinking, a happy gut, a calm mind (most of the time, I’m still human!), and the ability to be creative, present and enjoy life to the fullest.

Again, welcome! Let me know how I can serve you. I’m here to help!
